Welcome to It's Nini's Customs. By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing any of our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Products & Services

It's Nini's Customs offers custom  products, including apparel, tumblers, sensory items, and other personalized or handmade items.

Because many of our products are handmade or customized, slight variations in colors, placement, sizing, patterns, and overall appearance may occur. These variations are normal and make each handmade item unique.

2. Custom & Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization information when placing an order or contacting us regarding customization.

Please carefully review all names, spelling, colors, sizes, images, and other customization details before submitting them.

It's Nini's Customs is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Once production has begun on a customized item, changes may not be possible.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, or additional fees will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

4. Processing & Shipping

Custom orders generally require 3 business days to be created and prepared before shipment unless otherwise stated.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. It's Nini's Customs is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are handled according to our posted Refund/Return Policy.

Due to the personalized nature of custom-made products, custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or an error was made by It's Nini's Customs.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

6. Product Images & Colors

Product photos are intended to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, materials, or the handmade nature of the product.

Images shown for customizable products may be examples and may not represent the exact finished product you receive.

7. Care of Products

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with their products.

It's Nini's Customs is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, improper washing or cleaning, excessive heat, dropping, misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow provided care instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original photographs, graphics, logos, product designs, written content, and other materials belonging to It's Nini's Customs may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Customers requesting custom designs are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any images, logos, names, or other copyrighted or trademarked materials they provide to us.

9. Right to Refuse Service

It's Nini's Customs reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including orders containing inappropriate, unlawful, infringing, or otherwise unacceptable customization requests.

If an order is canceled by us before production, any applicable refund will be handled accordingly.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, It's Nini's Customs will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service when necessary. Changes will become effective when the updated Terms are posted on our website.

Your continued use of our website or purchase of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
